The Enterprise Greater Moncton Survey for Success was prepared in partnership with the Department of Training and Employment Development, l’Universite de Moncton and the Regional Development Corporation. The purpose of the Survey is to identify the Human Resource challenges that business and industry are facing today and could face in the near future.

The information compiled from the survey data will be used by private and public sector educators to help develop training programs and customize curricula. It will also be used by the three municipalities and the provincial government to help recruit the people and skills that are needed in the community to ensure the continued success of Greater Moncton’s business enterprises.
